Description

The Zipp Air Tool USA ZRH-132P 2X Pistol-Grip Air Riveting Hammer is a precision pneumatic tool designed for light-to-medium fastening in aerospace assembly, automotive restoration, and sheet metal fabrication. Operating with a 2-1/4" (57.2 mm) stroke at 2,580 blows per minute (BPM), this 2X-class rivet gun delivers rapid, controlled impact blows engineered to drive up to 1/8" aluminum rivets and 3/32" steel rivets with clean, uniform expansion.

Equipped with an industry-standard 0.401" (10.2 mm) shank opening, the ZRH-132P accepts all standard rivet sets, flush dies, and quick-change retaining springs. Its responsive feathering throttle and precision-machined 1/2" bore give operators fine trigger modulation to prevent surface marring on sensitive workpieces. Built with an ergonomic pistol-grip aluminum handle, the 2.7-lb (1.2 kg) tool provides balanced hand control and comfort during high-cycle assembly operations running at 7.8 CFM at 90 PSI.
