The Zipp Air Tool USA ZRH-131P 1X Pistol-Grip Air Riveting Hammer is a high-speed, precision pneumatic tool built for delicate fastening tasks across aerospace manufacturing, electronics packaging, and thin-gauge sheet metal assembly. Powered by a 1-3/8" (35 mm) short stroke operating at 2,850 blows per minute (BPM), this 1X-class rivet gun generates rapid, low-impact blows engineered to drive up to 1/8" steel and 5/32" aluminum rivets without distorting or work-hardening thin metal skins.

Equipped with an industry-standard 0.401" (10.2 mm) shank opening, the ZRH-131P accommodates standard rivet sets, flush dies, and quick-change retaining springs. Its 9/16" (14.3 mm) precision-honed bore and responsive spool throttle allow the operator to feather the trigger progressively, providing full control from delicate seating to complete driving. Weighing only 2.3 lbs (1.0 kg) with an ergonomic pistol grip, it maximizes comfort, stability, and control while operating at 6.4 CFM at 90 PSI.
