    Description

The Zipp Air Tool USA ZDG-3226 Right-Angle Air Die Grinder is a high-speed pneumatic rotary tool built for precision deburring, contour shaping, and surface finishing in confined spaces. Driven by a 0.5 horsepower air motor running at 18,000 RPM, it provides the rotational velocity and torque needed for fast material removal across steel, non-ferrous alloys, cast iron, and composites.

Featuring a 90-degree angled head, the ZDG-3226 provides direct sightlines and access where straight grinders cannot reach. It comes equipped with a precision 1/4-inch (6 mm) collet and accommodates 1/8-inch (3 mm) shank accessories using reduction sleeves. Weighing only 1.5 lbs (0.7 kg) with a compact 7.0-inch (178 mm) body, it delivers low operator fatigue and smooth handling with an efficient average air consumption of 3.7 CFM.
