Description
The Zipp Air Tool USA ZRH-134P 4X Pistol-Grip Air Riveting Hammer is a heavy-duty pneumatic tool engineered for structural fastening across aerospace assembly, trailer manufacturing, and industrial metal fabrication. Driven by a 3-1/16" (77.8 mm) stroke running at 1,740 blows per minute (BPM), this 4X-class rivet gun generates the consistent impact energy needed to drive up to 1/4" aluminum rivets and 3/16" steel rivets with uniform expansion and seating.
Featuring an industry-standard 0.401" (10.2 mm) chisel shank opening, the ZRH-134P accepts standard rivet sets, flush dies, and quick-change retaining springs. Its 1/2" precision-machined bore and responsive spool valve deliver precise trigger modulation, giving operators direct control over impact velocity to prevent sheet metal distortion. Built with an ergonomic pistol-grip aluminum handle, the 3.1-lb (1.4 kg) tool provides excellent balance and leverage during continuous production cycles at an average air consumption of 7.78 CFM at 90 PSI.
